Dear Friends, Supporters, Members, and Volunteers,

On behalf of the Reflection Riding team, we are thrilled to share this 2022-2023 Annual Report. The last year has been one of growth, excitement, and planning. We’re so grateful that you’re on this journey with us. Thank you for your enthusiasm, your support, and your excitement for all that’s to come for this special place!

We’ve made steady progress on our Framework for the Future plan. In the coming months you’ll be invited to get involved in rolling out the next stage—stay tuned. You’ll notice our new logo and branding here in this report, online, and across our campus. We’re so proud of our designer, Mandy Lamb, photographer, Grant Dotson, and our internal communications team who have worked to simplify and modernize our appearance while echoing some of our heritage “RR” logos.

As we put together these stories that encapsulate the last year for Reflection Riding, we always come back to what an important role you play in our work. You came out in the heat, the cold, at night, on weekends, in the rain, on school breaks, with your tiniest little ones and your great grandparents in tow... we feel your love for Reflection Riding and we’re so grateful for it.

THANK YOU for all you’ve done for this special place over the last year... and thank you for all the support you’ll show us in the years to come.

Gratefully,

Mark McKnight, President/CEO

Matt Whitaker, Board Chair
