Reflection Riding's 300 acre campus is a natural spot for your event, meeting or wedding. We have scenic views, great indoor and outdoor spaces, and you’ll be supporting our important mission. From meetings to corporate retreats to birthday parties and laid-back weddings, our team looks forward to working with you!
Our Meeting, Event and Rental Spaces:
The full Welcome Center can accommodate up to 100 people and is great for meetings, parties, and business retreats. It includes the Education Room with attached small residential-sized kitchen (kitchen only available with full Welcome Center rental or Education Room rental), Den with fireplace, hand-painted Round Room, and outdoor Breezeway. Indoor rooms have outlets, lighting, heat, and air.. Rental price includes folding tables, folding chairs, and trash service.
The Education Room in the Welcome Center can accommodate up to 60 people and is good for meetings and parties. This room is indoors and has outlets, lighting, heat, air and an attached small residential-size kitchen (kitchen only available with full Welcome Center rental or Education Room rental). Rental price includes folding tables, folding chairs, and trash service.
The Den is located in the Welcome Center, can accommodate up to 15 people, and is suited for small gatherings or meetings. The Den has a fireplace, lighting, outlets, heat, and air. Rental price includes folding tables, folding chairs, and trash service.
The Round Room in the Welcome Center has circular walls hand-painted with a beautiful forest mural. This room can accommodate up to 20 people and is good for small groups. The Round Room has lighting, outlets, heat, and air. Rental includes folding tables, folding chairs, and trash service.
The Discovery Forest Treehouse is a unique space suitable for small gatherings or parties. It can comfortably accommodate 15 adults and up to 25 children. This is a rustic, open-air treehouse; it does not have heating or air. The roof has openings for the tree trunks and thus the space is not completely sheltered from the weather. Folding tables, folding chairs, and trash service are available for additional fees.
The Humphrey’s House Annex is a room ideal for small gatherings and can accommodate up to 15 people. The Annex has electricity, outlets, heating, and air. This space is only available Tuesdays and Saturdays.
Our Nature Playscape is a set of four pods between our main parking area and the Kiddie Trail parking area. Each pod can accommodate up to 50 people and is great for children’s birthday parties. Folding tables, folding chairs, and trash service are available for additional fees.
Our Event Field is located near the Welcome Center and can accommodate up to 200 people. This outdoor space features stunning views of Lookout Mountain and is one of our most scenic locations on the property. Due to parking lot limitations, events with over 150 people require a rental of the Candy Flats Pasture for parking at an additional fee. You must provide your own tables, chairs, and trash service at this location.
