What should I do if I find a baby animal?

Thanks for caring for local wildlife! We do not operate a rehab facility and cannot accept animals. Here are a couple of resources.

Does Reflection Riding have horses I can ride?

We aren’t a horseback riding center, though we understand the confusion. The "Riding" in our name actually refers to an old English term describing a landscape designed with a series of views that unfold as you ride through on a horse carriage. The horses on the property today are a nod to the history of the place and part of the pastoral scenery, but are not available to ride. You can find out more about our namesake on our blog.

When can I visit?

Our current hours for visits, the native plant nursery and our offices are here. We look forward to seeing you!

If I can’t walk through the property, can I drive it?

Yes. Reflection Riding welcomes members and visitors to drive through the property if exploring on foot isn’t possible. Please let our welcome services staff know when you arrive.

Can I bring my dog with me?

We welcome dogs on leashes on our campus. Please be sure to keep your dog on a leash at all times when visiting.

When can I come see the native animal area, like the red wolves and the sandhill cranes?

We welcome you to visit our native animal area and think you’ll really enjoy it! You can sign up for a nature experience here. One of our naturalists will guide you through meeting the animals and tell you all kind of interesting things about them. It’s a lot of fun

How can I make a donation to support Reflection Riding?

We rely on support from the community to make our work possible and to care for our beautiful campus. You can make a donation or become a member (or both!) here. Thank you.
