Pricing

Small Group Outreach Programs: Our standard outreach programs are best for approximately 30 students and last approximately one hour with up to three of our animal ambassadors. They can be a curriculum-based presentation, a special topic, or a general conservation topic. To allow for an optimal learning environment, we suggest an average of 30 or fewer participants per program. If you have a larger group, we can book multiple back-to-back small group programs or do assembly-style programs for larger groups.

  • Our standard small group program pricing begins at $150.00 for up to 30 students.

  • Additional Small Group Programs: $75.00 each, to be scheduled immediately after (or within 15 minutes of) the first program and at the same location. Maximum of 4 programs/day.

  • Title I School and Non-Profit 501(c)(3): Reduced small group program pricing for Title 1 schools and non-profits begins at $125.00, and additional programs are $60/each.

Large Group Outreach Programs: These programs are ideal for 31 to 150 seated participants, ages 8 - adult. For ages 7 and younger, our recommendation is to book multiple back-to-back small group programs for group sizes of 30 or smaller. This scenario would follow our standard small group program pricing listed above.

  • Auditorium-style pricing begins at $375 for 31-150 seated participants.

  • Additional Large Group Programs: $185.00 each, to be scheduled immediately after (or within 30 minutes of) the first program and at the same location.

  • Title I School and Non-Profit 501(c)(3): Reduced large group program pricing for Title 1 schools and non-profits begins at $300.00, and additional programs are $200/each.

- Angela Wade, Nature Experience Participant

“I got to participate in the Owl Experience and it was excellent. Winnie is a gorgeous female Barn Owl and her trainer, Danielle, was knowledgeable, personable and passionate. I highly recommend participating in any of their experiences! The staff are welcoming and exceptionally knowledgeable and passionate about these animals and education.”

- Aimee Rogers, Program Participant

“Reflection Riding's staff offers engaging learning experiences for children though hands-on learning opportunities and animal encounters. LVES students were so excited to meet Phoebe, the Opossum and learn about how she uses her 5 senses to experience the world around her.”
