Big Impact on Campus

We're so grateful for all that was accomplished during United Way of Greater Chattanooga's Impact Days! Through our partnership we have been able to accomplish unthinkable tasks and make many improvements on our campus over the past 20+ years.

We are especially grateful this year for the partner organizations who volunteered at Reflection Riding last Friday and Saturday. We had over 60 volunteers from CBL Properties, the Chattanooga Rugby team and McCallie School join us! During their time, they were able to deep clean all of our vehicles, paint and put together furniture for our new workspace, demolish about 4,000 square feet of rotting boardwalk and cut up enough food to feed our endangered red wolves for several weeks. Overall, we had approximately 450 hours of volunteer time over the weekend - the same jobs would have taken our staff approximately 3 weeks to accomplish. It is through volunteer efforts, both individuals and groups, that we are able to accomplish our mission and reach our goals. Thank you to our volunteers! Special thanks to Coca-Cola, Food City and We Talk Trash for helping make this day a reality.
