We are so excited to offer you the opportunity to meet National Geographic photographer Jessica Suarez and view her stunning new exhibit. Drop by Saturday, November 19th from 12-3 pm to experience the story of the American Red Wolf in pictures and meet Jessica Suarez herself. You will also have a rare chance to tour our native animal exhibit and meet our Red Wolves for free at 1 pm. The entire event is free and on a drop-in basis; you do not have to sign up.
Jessica Suarez is a nature and conservation photographer whose work has be published with National Geographic.com, The New York Times, Greenpeace.org, Adirondack Explorer, and more. Her photographs on display at Reflection Riding are featured in the fascinating National Geographic.com article “How to save the red wolf from going extinct—for a second time”, a moving piece on the importance of conservation efforts for these critically endangered wolves.
After perusing the exhibit and meeting a world-class photographer, make sure to meet our Red Wolves as well! Our Director of Wildlife Conservation Tish Gaillmard will be taking a group to meet and learn more about our wolves at 1 pm.
Want to help support Red Wolf conservation now? Use the buttons below to make a donation to Reflection Riding or buy one of Jessica Suarez’s prints today!
Please read and sign the general liability waiver before attending. Each adult attendee must sign this waiver to participate. Parents/legal guardians must sign a waiver for each child participating.
As an outdoor facility, our programs and events are almost always dependent on the weather. In the event of severe weather, programs may have to be cancelled.
We are also a force-free facility, so if one of our animal ambassadors isn't interested in participating in a program, we'll respect that and offer our audience a great alternative. We appreciate your understanding if your program changes.
