Nursery Cohort

Time Commitment: Seasonal Commitment, Once a Week Commitment. Thursdays or Saturdays from August 13th - October 31st. Scheduling Flexibility Offered.

Experience: Ages 18+; No prior plant experience required

Join our nursery team for a season-long educational and service-based program focused on native plants, sustainable horticulture, and hands-on learning. Throughout the fall, participants will gain experience in plant care, advanced propagation techniques, greenhouse management, garden design, seed scouting and processing, and more.

This program is designed to build both skills and community. It’s a great opportunity for individuals seeking industry experience, inspiration for home gardening, or a deeper connection to the plants and ecosystems in our region.

In appreciation for their contributions, participants will receive:

  • A $100 nursery gift card

  • Two complimentary Campfire Concert tickets

  • Reflection Riding swag

  • Occasional free plants and other perks

Whether you’re looking to grow your skills or simply learn alongside others who love plants, we’d love to have you join us this fall.

Seasonal Schedule:

August 13th - October 31st

  • Thursdays or Saturdays | 9:00 AM - 11:30 AM

  • We ask for a once a week, season long commitment.

  • Scheduling flexibility is offered. Participants must complete 10 out of 12 sessions to receive incentives.
