Lauren Russek (she/her) serves as a Lead Naturalist, where she connects horticulture, education, and land management initiatives.
With a background in sustainable agriculture, environmental stewardship, and non-profit program management, Lauren possesses a diverse skill set and knowledge base focused on community engagement. Her most valued educational experiences stem from volunteer opportunities she has participated in both Chattanooga and across the U.S. She strongly believes in community-learning models and is excited to facilitate unique programs and projects for visitors at Reflection Riding.
In her spare time, Lauren enjoys experimenting in her garden, working on DIY projects, and spending time with friends and family.
