Cultivating the Next Generation

Our Native Plant Nursery partners with Hixson High School to provide educational resources and local native plant seeds for students to grow for their horticultural coursework. Then, we purchase the seedlings for stock in our Nursery, supporting both the school and our mission when we later sell the mature plants. As native gardening continues to expand in popularity, partnerships like these are vital to share these amazing plants with our greater community.

This partnership began in 2025; in that year alone, we found homes for 2,871 native plants propagated at Hixson High! Join us as we reconnect future generations with nature through the joy of native gardening.
