National Weed Wrangle
Join us as we tackle invasive species on our campus!
The National Weed Wrangle is a one-day, area-wide volunteer effort that rescues our public green spaces from non-native invasive species through hands-on removal. At Reflection Riding, we’re hosting a Chattanooga-based clean-up on our campus that will tackle invasive species. You’ll expand your skills in land conservation and help us promote local native plant growth. Our team will target privet, bush honeysuckle, horned holly, and wintercreeper along the Kiddie Trail.
When you arrive on our campus, park near our Welcome Center. Then, you’ll meet the crew at the Kiddie Trailhead to begin invasive removal! We ask that attendees wear closed-toed shoes and bring their water bottle. We also encourage you to bring your own gloves, and we’ll have some available on-site.
Please read and sign the general liability waiver before attending. Each adult attendee must sign this waiver to participate. Parents/legal guardians must sign a waiver for each child participating.

As an outdoor facility, our programs and events are almost always dependent on the weather. In the event of severe weather, programs may have to be canceled.
