In this 60 minute Yoga Session, we will gather on our mats surrounded by nature at Reflection Riding. This morning session will begin with a short meditation and flow through beginner-friendly postures, connecting breath to gentle, mindful movements. Modifications will be offered to support you in dropping into your own body and breath. This practice is for all ages, levels of fitness, and flexibility. No previous experience is necessary. Michelle is a 500 HR Certified Yoga Instructor that brings a gentle, mother earth presence to each class offering a safe and supportive environment for everyone.
