Guided Hike with the H2O Life
Join The H2O Life for a refreshing hike on our campus that fosters community and connection.
This October, join Hiking Healing (H2) and Outdoors (O) for a morning hike on our campus that prioritizes connection and restoration for Black women of Southeast Tennessee. Established in 2019 by Shawanna Kendrick, H2O provides women of color with a safe space to reset in the great outdoors.
The H2O movement continues to grow as more and more women experience the physical and mental benefits of being outside. From hiking to kayaking to paddle boarding, there are many ways to find togetherness. Learn more about H2O’s mission on their website.
As an outdoor facility, our programs and events are almost always dependent on the weather. In the event of severe weather, programs may be postponed or cancelled.
