Brunch & Blooms

Gather with us for a joyful celebration of loved ones, native plants, and the beauty of the season.

Join us for our annual Brunch & Blooms on Saturday, May 9, a spring gathering in support of Reflection Riding’s Native Plant Nursery and the P. Robert Philp Memorial Garden, an ericaceous garden showcasing native plants such as rhododendron, azalea, and mountain laurel.

We are sincerely grateful to this year’s co-chairs, Bena DeVaney, Bena Pearson, McCall DeVaney, and Carla Morgan, whose generosity and thoughtful leadership help bring this meaningful tradition to life.

Each spring, as the landscape awakens with vibrant blooms and the return of hummingbirds, we gather for Brunch & Blooms, a joyful celebration of loved ones, native plants, and the beauty of the season. Held near Mother’s Day, this special event offers a wonderful opportunity to share a cocktail brunch, enjoy live music from Alva Leigh, and spend time together on campus surrounded by the gardens.
