Charlie is a young opossum. She is often curious, inquisitive, and just a tad destructive as a young animal. Charlie entered into our care because she is a human imprint. She was raised around humans, so she has bonded with them and lost some of her natural tendencies. This makes her unfit for survival in the wild.
Charlie is in our program rotation, which means she is a possible candidate for our educational wildlife programs. We believe in the animal’s consent, so we will only bring out an ambassador who feels up to the challenge for any given program.
