Botany 101 Guided Hike for Members

Join us for a stroll around the campus to learn more about native plants.

Our Director of Land Conservation, Scotty, will lead a short hike our campus to help you identify and differentiate between native and non-native plants, learn a little more about their scientific names, and entertain you with other interesting botanical facts. This hike is open to all members who are interested in learning more about our native species!

We are hoping for a bright sunny morning! So be prepared and bring some water, bug spray, sunscreen, or any other supplies you might need for a summer day. We’ll meet at the main Welcome Center parking lot a little before 10:00.

Sign up here.
