Wood Carving 101
11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. • Reflection Riding Arboretum & Nature Center
Export to Outlook | Export to iCal

Join Austin Akers for a demonstration on harvesting and carving, as well as the usefulness of, different kinds of wood. By the end of this class, Austin will have used just an axe and a knife to transform a log into a spoon! There will be examples of green woodworking hand tools for viewing and also handmade wooden goods for sale.

We suggest a donation of $10 per adult guest ($7 for children and seniors) to attend this event. Please pay as you can when you arrive or join online to support our conservation efforts.
