privet pulling party

Come out for an evening of environmental stewardship!

Reflection Riding Arboretum & Nature Center, like most natural areas, is in need of help when it comes to managing invasive plants. Tuesday evenings will be dedicated to pulling invasive plant species such as privet and bush honeysuckle from different areas around the property. We hope that you will come out not only to lend a hand, but to enjoy this incredible area of Chattanooga, to meet like-minded people, and to soak up all of the benefits of spending some time outside.

What you'll need to know:
When you come, plan to wear closed-toe shoes and long pants, bring some leather work gloves if you have them as well as water, and maybe wear long sleeves and a hat if you are prone to sunburn!

Email [email protected] for any further questions, or if you would like to get a group together to come help out!
